It’s like therapy meets theatre—deep, insightful, and surprisingly practical.

I have one client and 5–10 participants. The client tells us as much as they like about their topic, and we choose roles that represent subjects of this topic.
The participants take on the roles and start acting like in a theater play. The people in the room can be people the client knows, or complete strangers - whatever the client feels comfortable with.
The clients and participants don’t need any prior experience to join a constellation. -
You can constellate almost anything! Some popular themes include:
Family dynamics: Healing ancestral patterns or resolving generational trauma.
Relationships: Gaining clarity about your partner, ex, or even yourself.
Career and business: Unblocking professional stuckness or improving strategy.
Personal growth: Inner conflicts, life purpose, or self-confidence.
Health: Understanding emotional or systemic roots of physical symptoms.

Introduction: You (as the client) briefly share your challenge. No need for a life story—just the essentials.
Setup: We choose representatives (or placeholders in one-on-one sessions) for the key elements of your system.
The Unfolding: Through movement, emotion, and interaction, the system starts to reveal its dynamics.
Resolution: We look for shifts, insights, or ways to restore balance. It’s not about “fixing” things but creating a path toward healing and harmony.
It’s profound, simple, and often leaves you wondering, “Why didn’t I try this sooner?”

Client: You’re the star! This is your constellation, based on your question or challenge. You sit back and watch, as others step into your system and bring it to life.
Participant: You’re a crucial part of someone else’s constellation. By representing parts of their system—like a family member or emotion—you’ll often find that their story touches yours in ways that are deeply meaningful. Bonus: participants also experience personal insights, improve their emotional intelligence and connect better to their intuiton.
Both roles offer growth, connection, and plenty of “Wow, how does this even work?!” moments.

There is a saying that you never get a role by accident – it always represents also a topic in your system that needs attention. And by playing it for another person, you also do inner work for yourself. There are people who were never a client – they just go to constellations and play roles in order to heal and gain emotional intelligence.

Both options are powerful, but they shine in different ways:
One-on-One: Perfect if you prefer privacy or if you can’t make it in person. We use placeholders (like objects or visualizations) instead of people. It’s intimate, focused, and still incredibly effective.
Group: Dynamic, raw, and collaborative. You’ll see real people representing parts of your system, making the process more vivid and energetic. Plus, group settings often create a sense of shared humanity.

Quick Insights: A single session can illuminate patterns that years of talking might not uncover.
Deep Healing: It works on a systemic and often unconscious level, creating shifts that ripple through your life.

Another, special form of constellations can be Business Constellations and/or Couple Constellations.
Business Constellation reveals systemic influences affecting the structure of your business, leadership, teamwork, and decision-making, bringing clarity and alignment for lasting success.Couple Constellation uncovers hidden dynamics in your relationship, helping resolve conflicts, deepen connection, and break free from repeating patterns.

Sometimes one constellation is enough to create a significant shift. Other times, especially for complex or layered challenges, you might choose to explore additional sessions. Either way, this work is about quality, not quantity.

Not at all. Everybody can do it and you can’t do anything wrong. Not as a client and not as a participant. You just need your curiosity. And you will experience the magical flow that happens in your body. You don’t even need to know anyone in the room. You can also just watch the session, without playing a role, but trust me – it is a super fun and enlightening experience! And once you try it, it’s hard to stop 😉
