Both. Most of my clients are international, so most of my work is online. But the group events are mostly in person around Lisbon area and in Vienna.

I have one client and 5-10 participants. The client tells us as much as they like about their topic and we choose roles that represent subjects of this topic. The participants take on the roles and start acting like in a theater play. The people in the room can be people the client knows, or complete strangers. Whatever the client feels comfortable with. The end goal should be a solution, clarity or/and healing for the client.

Not at all. Everybody can do it and you can’t do anything wrong. Not as a client and not as a participant. You just need your curiosity. And you will experience the magical flow that happens in your body. You don’t even need to know anyone in the room. You can also just watch the session, without playing a role, but trust me – it is a super fun and enlightening experience! And once you try it, it’s hard to stop 😉

It is very individual. It depends on what role you have been chosen to represent. There is a saying that you never get a role by accident – it always represents also a topic in your system that needs attention. And by playing it for another person, you also do inner work for yourself. There are people who were never a client – they just go to constellations and play roles in order to heal and gain emotional intelligence. It is a very efficient and affordable way for self development.

Pushparani was originally created for women to have a safe space where we can all collectively heal. Where all of our pain and wounds have a voice and where they also have support, clarity and healing. I still believe that women will save the world.

I only work with clients who are not scared to go deep. If you are not afraid to find the roots of your problems, be ready to do the necessary changes for transformation and feel compassion towards yourself and your process – I’m sure we will get along and find great depth together in your healing process! The very essence you are made of? This is where you will find all your answers and this is where you will find true freedom and self-love. I believe that lasting change can only be created if we look at the root cause of a problem and heal it there.

This depends on how hard the conflict is wired into your system and how willing you are to let go of your old conditions. It also depends on if you want clarity for just one specific topic or if you want to be supported in more areas of your life. If the topic is clear and we have a specific goal, it can be resolved in a few sessions. Especially if we do a constellation, it can also happen after already one session. But the true work lies within you. I am not making the transformations, YOU are.
